Food Fight!
Who has not heard of Takeru Kobayashi before? Yup, he’s the skinny Japanese dude who held the world record for nearly 6 years and chomped down 50 hot dogs and buns in 12 minutes in 2001.

Both Takeru and Joseph Christian “Jaws” Chestnut will be in Singapore this Sunday, 27 July, at Robertson Walk for the Major League Eating Competition Asia. And Singaporeans get to compete against them in the final round! Guess what the Plat du Jour is? It’s satay! So if you have no plans this Sunday, perhaps you can pop by and cheer the Singaporeans on. (I’ll be there for Takeru!
