Mentioned earlier in my previous suggestion to add a standard slot of Time Zone &amp; Place so that it will be more focus by all in Questions &amp; Answers or else we are in the blank.   The world is too big for us to start guessing who, where from &amp; time/day or night.

Please consider for more effective process.</description>
