For the Singaporean Answers community, Curtis asked, “Which restaurant in Singapore serves the best chilli crab?” and he had quite a warm response from the folks on Answers. Similarly, Curtis had a question for the Malaysians: Where can I find the best beef rendang in Malaysia? and many of you sent in your own recipes. He was impressed.
And here’s a personal note from him, thanking everyone who submitted an answer:

Hi everyone, thanks so much for the overwhelming responses, I’ve really enjoyed reading all your suggestions and useful cooking tips! It’s great to know so many of you enjoy watching Take Home Chef, so remember to catch more new episodes every Wednesday, 8.30pm on Discovery Travel & Living! – Curtis

And from me, thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge with Curtis Stone. I know I have a list of chilli crab places to try now and a recipe to try for beef rendang!

Have a great weekend,
